All orders will be acknowledged, it is the responsibility of the distributor to advise immediately if any discrepancies. All pricing will be in US dollars.
Artwork:
Suitable artwork must be supplied or the artwork will be charged at an hourly rate. Artwork charges will be quoted upon request. Electronic artwork can be sent as an EPS (preferred) or a JPEG. Adobe Illustrator is accepted in version 10 or less. Camera ready artwork can be sent in B&W, enlarged version & to size, noting that the black areas are the raised designs.
Cancellations:
Upon cancellation, orders are charged for all work completed
E-mailed & Pre-Production Proofs:
For overseas products, PVC, Metal, etc electronic proofs speed up the process. Pre-production samples are generally included and all molds, dies and plates are invoiced when the samples ship. This information is included on quotes.
Mold/Die Policy:
For proprietary reasons the molds, dies, & plates will remain the property of Knobby Kraft Line and held for the exclusive use of the purchaser. All tooling will be available for re-order for 3+ years.
Rush Service:
May be available & accepted on a per order basis. Additional charges will be custom quoted.
Delivery:
Standard-New orders: 4-6 weeks. Reorders: 2-4 weeks.
Stock badges: 3-4 weeks. Production time will be quoted per order, based on quantity, style, design, and ship method.
Plastic Color& Foil Changes:
$40.00(g) PMS Plastic color match if required: $150.00(g)
Drop Shipments:
$4.00 per carton added to freight

Over or Underruns
Due to the nature of molding and hot stamping in the plastic process, and on custom items produced overseas, we reserve the right to ship under or over by 5-10%. When no overrun is requested, order may be shipped short.
